What LipadNa Is

LipadNa is an informational tool designed to help Filipino travelers prepare for Bureau of Immigration (BI) screening. We analyze the information you provide to estimate your risk profile and suggest ways to strengthen your case.

Important Limitations

LipadNa provides guidance only—we cannot guarantee any immigration outcome. BI officers make the final decision based on their assessment at the airport. Our tool cannot predict individual officer decisions, policy changes, or unique circumstances that may arise during your screening.

We are not a law firm, immigration consultancy, or travel agency. The information provided through LipadNa does not constitute legal or professional advice. For complex immigration matters, please consult a licensed immigration lawyer.

Your Responsibilities

By using LipadNa, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information in your assessment
Use our service for its intended purpose—preparing for legitimate travel
Not use our service to circumvent immigration laws or engage in illegal activities
Understand that our risk assessment is an estimate, not a guarantee

Paid Features

Some features like the Interview Simulator are paid add-ons. Payments are processed securely through Stripe or manual payment methods (GCash, bank transfer). All prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis—please contact us if you have concerns about your purchase.

Account and Access

You can use LipadNa's basic risk assessment without creating an account. Creating an account allows you to save your assessments and access paid features. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

LipadNa, including its design, content, and features, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Your assessment data belongs to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Philippine law, LipadNa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to being denied exit by BI, missed flights, or any other travel-related losses.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of LipadNa after changes means you accept the new terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
