When you use our travel risk assessment tool, we collect:

  • Employment information: status, job context, ties to the Philippines
  • Financial context: who's paying for your trip, savings estimate
  • Sponsor details: if applicable, relationship and supporting documents

If you create an account, we also collect your email address and name through Clerk, our authentication provider.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Generate your personalized risk assessment and action plan
  • Save your assessment so you can access it later (if you create an account)
  • Provide the interview simulator feature (paid feature)
  • Improve our assessment accuracy and service quality
  • Process payments for premium features

Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use LipadNa so we can improve the experience. This tool collects anonymous usage data like pages visited and features used. We also use localStorage to save your session locally on your device.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use trusted third-party services (Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payments) that comply with international security standards. We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.
